We are a licensed paralegal firm focused on litigation in these areas:

  • Small Claims Court matters, pursuant to the Courts of Justice Act;
  • Criminal law (Summary Convictions only), pursuant to the Criminal Code and the Youth Criminal Justice Act;
  • Provincial Offences cases, including first-level appeals, pursuant to the Provincial Offences Act; and
  • Proceedings before provincial (and some federal) Regulatory Boards, Agencies and Tribunals, pursuant to the Statutory Powers Procedures Act, such as the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

    Construction Liens, pursuant to the Construction Lien Act;
    Personal Property Liens, pursuant to the Personal Property Security Act;
    Repair and Storage Liens, pursuant to the Repair and Storage Liens Act.
